Returns and Exchanges

We value each of our customers and strive to provide the highest level of service. If for any reason you wish to return or exchange a product, our return and exchange procedure complies with the requirements of current Ukrainian legislation.

Conditions for Exchanging and Returning Goods

Goods That Are Not Subject to Return or Exchange: According to the Law of Ukraine "On Consumer Rights Protection," goods of proper quality in the category of personal hygiene and cosmetics cannot be returned or exchanged. Such goods include:

• Facial, body, and hair care cosmetics;

• Massage brushes for the body, hair combs, guasha scrapers;

• Reusable hair caps, towels, headbands, polyethylene wrapping pants.

Goods That Are Subject to Exchange and Return: You can exchange or return goods of proper quality that do not belong to the category of personal hygiene within 14 days from the date of purchase, provided that their marketable appearance, packaging, and receipts are preserved. Such goods include:

• Diffusers;

• Pillowcases.

  
  

1. If the delivered item is damaged when you receive the package, be sure to show this to the employee of Nova Poshta. All our packages are insured, and the funds will be refunded to you immediately at the branch.

If the item does not match the order, be sure to document this with photos/videos in front of the Nova Poshta employee. Please check the integrity and presence of all items when receiving the order. In this case, we will refund your money or send the missing item in the package.

2. If the problem is discovered later, we will not be responsible for any damage to the product that occurred during transportation and do not guarantee resolution of disputed situations if the item was not checked upon receipt.
